The “Fine Print” Non-Hidden Fees

  • Optional Onboarding Package: $99 - Includes 100 business cards, Access to the Millenia G-Suite a suite of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools

  • Monthly Fees: None. No monthly fees

  • Annual Fee: Agents pay a $550 annual fee. This fee is due on the agent’s first transaction of each anniversary year.

  • Representing Both Sides of a Transaction: Agents representing both parties to a single real estate transaction in a dual agency scenario pay an additional $200 Risk Management Fee in addition to the transaction fee due on each side. This fee also applies to a husband and wife representing a different side of the transaction. Due to the higher risk involved, E&O companies increase premiums based on the number of dual agency transactions they close each year.

  • Newly Licensed Agents: Agents with less than 3 previously closed transactions, pay an additional $1,250 on their first three closings and will receive high quality coaching and mentorship for these transactions.

  • Property Premium: For transactions with a final sale price of $1,000,000 or more, agents pay an additional $250 for every $500,000
